Lasagna

Meat Sauce mixture:
1 lb ground beef or sausage
1 clove garlic
1 T Italian seasoning
1 lb can tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste

Cottage Cheese Mixture:
2 eggs
3 c cottage cheese
1/2 c Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 T parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper

10 oz lasagna noodles
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Brown meat and drain excess fat. Add rest of
sauce ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, uncovered. 

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add remaining
cottage cheese mixture ingredients.

Cook , drain, and rinse noodles.

Layer pan with noodles then cottage cheese
mixture then mozzarella cheese, then meat sauce. 
Repeat.

Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
