1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 16 oz. can corn 1 16 oz. can kidney beans (drained & rinsed) 1 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes 1 8 oz. tomato sauce tortilla chips grated cheese Directions: Brown ground beef in sauce pan. Drain. Saute chopped onion. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Simmer 20-30 min. and serve topped with chips and grated cheese. (I actually like to put the chips in the bowl first, then add the soup, then the cheese. Yum!! Number Of Servings:8 Preparation Time:15 minutes |
