Southwest Breakfast Casserole

2- 7 oz. diced green chiles
10 corn tortillas - cut into 1'' strips
1 lb. Country Sausage - cooked, drained
l lb. Montery Jack Cheese - grated
8 extra large eggs beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. of salt, pepper, onion salt, cumin, garlic salt, paprika
2 large tomatoes - sliced

Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 sides of dish
Put 1/2 corn strips on bottom
Sprinkle 1/2 sausage, cheese, chiles on top
repeat layers
Add spices & milk to eggs, except paprika
Pour over casserole
Put layer of sliced tomatoes on top
Sprinkle with paprika
Refrigerate Overnight
Bake 350 for 50-60 min.
Serve with salsa & sour cream
