Meringue

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
6 TBSP sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.

Add sugar gradually, 1 TBSP at a time, beating well
after each addition. Continue until stiff peaks form. 

Add lemon juice.

Spread lightly over cooled filling--making sure
meringue touches crust all around, or it will shrink.

Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes.
