A Grandma Bradley classic.
Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup margarine 1 egg, whipped pearl sugar Directions: Mix the flour, sugar and margarine together. Shape dough into a roll, about 1 and a half inches in diameter. Wrap roll in plastic wrap and chill. Cup roll into 1/8th inch slices. Brush the tops of the cookies with the whipped egg and sprinkle pearl sugar on top. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. |
