Coleslaw Dressing

Ned Stephenson's mom's recipe

1/2 c sugar
2 t salt
1 t mustard
1 T grated onion (add more)
1/3 c vinegar
1 c salad oil
1 t celery seed

Combine first 4 ingredients in blender or food processor, add vinegar gradually, add oil gradually then mix in celery seeds.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar 2 t. salt 1 t dry mustard 1/3 cup vinegar 1 cup salad oil 1 t. celery seed Directions: Mix first 5 ingredients, add oil slowly using blender or food processor to beat it in, then add celery seed

Cafe Rio Salad Dressing (Creamy)

1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing 1 cup mayo 1 cup buttermilk 3-4 tomatillos (green looking tomatoes) 1 jalepeno cilantro (1/4-1/2 bunch) Directions: In blender blend packet, mayo, milk, tomatios, jalepeno, and cilantro and blend until smooth. Chill for at least an hour. You might want to start with less jalp and add more for more heat. The seeds and spine are the spiciest.
