Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 3/4 c. rolled oats 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp salt few grains pepper 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce sauce: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp prepared mustard 1/4 c. bbq sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 can crushed pineapple, drained Directions: combine and mix well. form about 20 meatballs (i use our cookie scoop) and place in 9 x 13 dish. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. combine ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs for last 10 minutes of cooking.
