Mustard Sauce


Grandma Bradley's recipe--she always served it with Ham.

1/2 cup tomato soup
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup diluted vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and cook in heavy pan over low heat until it thickens (or almost boils). for variety you might add a little horseradish. 
Grandma always used a whole can of soup and adjusted all of the other ingredients (just use the soup can to measure).
