Chicken and Broccoli Casserole


A classic Grandma Bradley Recipe

30 oz. frozen broccoli
4 chicken breasts
slivered almonds

Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup diluted with 1 can
milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder

Buttered bread crumbs.


Directions:
Cook frozen broccoli and arrange in casserole. Cook
chicken breasts-break meat apart and lay over
broccoli. Sprinkle on slivered almonds. Pour on sauce
to cover all. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at
350 for 45 minutes.
