Zucchini Casserole

1 cup butter
1 onion
8-10 medium zucch8ini
1 c. sour cream
6 T Parmesan cheese
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Grate zucchini, soak in salt water for 3 minutes. Drain
off water, press out water as much as possible. Put
in an oblong pan or dish. Saute chopped onion in
butter. Mix zucchini and onion together. Add sour
cream and cheese on top. Bake 375 degrees
covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10
minutes more. You can add ham.
