Smoothie

We have an abundance of apples, oranges, and frozen grapes we have been playing around with. Ok, so then I bought spinach and cucumber to try the other smoothies here. It's fun to drink your vegetables - even in the morning!

Basic Smoothie:
orange(s), discard peel
apples, core
frozen grapes
frozen bananas

You may really add about any fruit, fresh, canned or frozen. Add ice cubes or ice cream if not as thick as you'ld like, juice or water if it gets too thick.
