Refrigerator Rolls


This recipe comes from a friend of Kristin's in a cookbook she has - I don't have the cookbook - so here it is!

1 1/2 T. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or shortening
2 t. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
6 c. flour

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, butter, salt, and eggs. Beat in flour until well blended. (Unless you use instant yeast, then you can just throw all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.) You can use a mixer or wooden spoon. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out and cut 2-4 hours before baking. Let rise. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
