Pork Tenderloin with Honey Sauce

About 1-3/4 lbs. pork tenderloin

Honey Sauce:
4 T. honey
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. spicy brown mustard

Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients and coat tenderloin. Roast
in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes
or until internal temperature is 155 degrees. Slice thin
and serve with steamed asparagus or broccoli and a
side of fried rice...Delicious as an appetizer too!
