Pico de Gallo


You can put this on Enchiladas to freshen it up a bit or
just eat it with some chips!

1 lb tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbs fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, jalapeno,
onion,
cilantro, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon
pepper
