Mexican Lasagna

1 ½ lb. ground beef (browned)
15 oz. refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
24 oz. Salsa
2 ½ cup water
16 oz. sour cream
Shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese
Chopped olives and onions
Lasagna noodles (not cooked)



Directions:
Mix browned ground beef, beans and seasoning. Lay lasagna noodles on bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread ½ of beef and bean mixture. Sprinkle some cheese on then layer another layer of noodles. Spread remaining ½ of meat mix. Top with layer of Lasagna noodles. Pour salsa and water on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Pour rest of topping on. Bake another 20 minutes.
