Apple Cake


This is a great cake in the fall when apples are plentiful
and cheap. We like it served warm with ice cream

1 1/2 T Butter
1 1/2 C Sugar
3/4 C Evaporated Milk
1 1/ t Vanilla
1 T Baking Powder
1 1/3 C Flour
4 1/2 C Apples


Directions:
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Mix together
thoroughly, adding apples last. Spread in a
greased 9X13 pan.
Top with
3 T Brown Sugar
1/2 C Flour
3 T Soft Butter
Mix into a crumbly mixture. Spread over the cake
and bake for 30 minutes.
