2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. coconut 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. pecans 1 c. melted butter 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream Topping: 1 package Raspberry Danish Dessert. Make for pie filling and add frozen raspberries thawed (10 oz). Warm and coat over ice cream dessert. (Can also use strawberries for topping). Directions: Mix all the ingredients together except the ice cream. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Spread softened ice cream onto crust and put into freezer. When ready to serve, cut and put onto plate with spoonful of warm topping over ice cream. |
