Chocolate Zucchini Bread


Great recipe for when all the zucchini seem to ripen at
once

Chocolate Zucchini Bread

2 cups zucchini grated
3 cups flour
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup Hershey's powdered baking cocoa
½ cups raisins
½ cup chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 325 for 1/2 hour

Number Of Servings:Makes 4 small loaves - 7½ x 3-7/8 x 2¼
