Chicken Souvlaki

These were better than the ones in Greece

4 chicken breast cut in 1'' pieces
1 white onion cut in 1'' pieces
1 red pepper cut in 1'' pieces
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Fresh Lemon
Konriko All-purpose Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Slide pieces onto skewers that have been soaked
in water.
Rotate chicken with onion and red pepper.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice on, then sprinkle olive
on, then season quite heavily with the Greek
seasoning. Barbeque on lower heat. Until done, but
not dry. Squeeze more lemon juice on just before
serving. Serve with Pita bread and Lemon Rice.
