Cheese Ball



We always have this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving
and Christmas.     Courtney Dana

2 large cream cheese
1 bottle old english cheese (it's a small little bottle)
3 Tbsp roqua (or any blue cheese) salad dressing

Directions:
Mix with electric beater. Roll into a ball (it's very
gooey). Roll in crushed walnuts or pecans. Chill
wrapped in wax paper. This makes 2 balls. Serve with
crackers.
