Bruschetta Salsa

Megan Bradley

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
chopped fresh basil to taste (I use a whole package)
coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Serve with sliced french
bread. Can be
made a few hours ahead of time and refrigerated.
