4 chicken boullion cubes in 1 qt of water 1 c celery, chopped 1 c grated carrots 1 c chopped onion 1 1/2 c potatoes, cubed 2-10 oz pkg chopped broccoli (or fresh broccoli cut into small pieces) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 lb Velveeta cheese Combine chicken broth, celery, carrots, onion and potatoes, and cook for 15 minutes. Then add broccoli and cook for 15 more minutes. Add chicken soup and velveeta. Heat through and serve. |
