Black Bean Dip

1 small red onion, chopped
2 cans black beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) bottle flavored salsa (raspberry, mango or pineapple)
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
In a 9x13 inch pan, layer onions, black beans, and cream
cheese pieces, spread salsa over that, then cover with cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and
melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
