Apple Pomegranate Salad

4-5 Granny Smith apples
2 pomegranates
1 pint of whip cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Dice the apples into bite sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. Add pomegranate arils. Whip the cream and add the sugar and vanilla. Fold the cream into the fruit and serve immediately.
