So easy and delicious. The first time I made this Joel
(7 years old) was eating away and he said, ''This meat
is so good I almost have tears...'' It really is that good.

Ingredients: 1 chuck shoulder roast (I usually buy mine at Costco) Montreal Steak Seasoning (also from Costco) Directions: Cover roast in montreal steak seasoning. Bake at 230 for 4 1/2 hours in a covered roaster or electric fry pan. Slice up and serve with potatoes. The drippings from the roast make the most amazing gravy. Just add 1 tsp beef base, 1-2 cups of water, and 1/4 c of corn starch. Combine in a blender or with a stick blender, and cook in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. |
