Sweet hot mustard


Dipping Sauce for herbed chicken bites

2 ounces dry mustard
1/2 c malt cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs

Directions:
In a medium- size, stainless steel bowl, soak dry
mustard in vinegar overnight. Pour the mixture into
the top of a double broiler. Add sugar; beat the
eggs in one at a time. Whisk over low heat for 10-
15 minutes until mixture has thickened. Place in
an 8-ounce jar, cover and refrigerate.
