I made this for an baby shower one morning. It really is so easy. You would think it wouldn't work out mixing everything together, but it did. The crust settles itself to the bottom like magic. (i also forgo the veggies..i'm a meat and cheese quiche girl) Lonnie Bradley
2 cups Milk 4 eggs 3/4 cups baking mix 1/4 cup butter, softened 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cooked ham (or bacon) 1 10-oz pkg chopped frozen broccoli, chopped and drained Directions: -Prehead over to 375 F. Lightly grease a 10-inch quich dish (i used a casserole dish) -In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in broccoli, ham and Cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared quiche dish. -Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden brown. Number Of Servings:8 servings Preparation Time:Prep - 10 minutes, Cook - 50 minutes, Ready in 1 Hour |
