Sesame Chicken

½ c. flour
Salt and pepper
2 uncooked chicken breasts, cubed
2-4 T. oil (peanut is best, but you can use other)
¼ c. soy sauce
¼ c. sugar
3 green onions, sliced thin
Sesame seeds


Directions:
Place chicken in a bag with flour, salt and pepper and
shake to coat. In pan, heat oil and add chicken. Cook
until barely pink. In a cup, mix soy sauce, sugar, and
green onions and pour over chicken. Stir to coat,
cover and let simmer a few minutes until chicken is
cooked through. Serve over rice and sprinkle with
sesame seeds.
