Cafe Rio Pork

Sarajane Luper

6-8 thawed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
or 1 pork roast.

Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Wright’s liquid smoke
4 c. El Pinto Green Chile Sauce, mild
1-2c. brown sugar

Directions:
Put 1 pork roast or 6-8 thawed boneless, skinless
chicken breasts in a crock-pot.

Sprinkle all over the meat:
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Wright’s liquid smoke
1 c. El Pinto Green Chile Sauce, mild

Let it cook on low 4-6 hours (6-8 hours for the
pork).
Shred meat and add 2-3 c. Green Chile Sauce and
1 cup brown sugar. (You may need to add more
Chile sauce or brown sugar. It should not be too
dry.)

Let it cook on low another 30 minutes.
