The Best Meatloaf Ever

2 1/2 pounds ground beef
4 eggs
3/4 c crushed saltine crackers
3/4 c water
1 1/2 heaping teaspoons beef base
3/4 tsp onion salt
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
10 TBSP ketchup
6 TBSP finely chopped onion


Directions:
Disolve beef base in water. Combine beef, eggs,
cracker meal. Add beef broth, then add onion salt,
garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, 6 TBSP ketchup
and onion. Mix well. Pack lightly into loaf pan.
Spread remaining ketchup over top.

Bake in a 325 over for 1 1/2 hours, or until middle is
165 degrees.
