Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad

3 c. cooked chicken
1 large bag bowtie pasta
1 large package spinach
1/4 c. Italian parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. sugared almonds

Dressing:
1 c. olive oil
2/3 c. rice vinegar
7 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook pasta and marinate in dressing overnight. Toss
with remaining
ingredients and serve immediately.

As a side note, I have made this and added some
mandarin oranges to it
and it was good. I love this salad!
