Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
Make a dressing of curry mayonnaise with the
following:
1 cup mayo
1/4 tsp ginger (fresh)
1/2 to 1 tsp curry powder
1 mashed garlic clove
1 + teaspoon honey (to taste)
1 Tbsp lime juice
Mix together in a large bowl add in:
4-5 boiled boneless chicken breasts hand
shredded
1 large bunch of red or green seedless grapes
washed and halved
1 pkg of tasted slivered almonds (6 oz)

chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve over bed
of bite size romaine lettuce pieces.
