Apple Pie

6-8 tart apples (I use 1/2 braeburn, 1/2 jonagold)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 TBSP butter

Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt. Stir into slice
apples. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and then cover
with pie crust. Bake 400 for 50 minutes.
