Cheesy Mexican Chicken

A Quick & Easy Dinner

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite
size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
3 c. corn chips
rice

Directions:
Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Mix soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, milk, and seasoning
mix. Spoon over chicken, top with chips, cover.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove cover, top
with 1/2 cup remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered, 10 minutes or until cheese is
melted.
Serve with Rice.
