Spinach Artichoke Dip

My neighbor just gave us a jar of this dip with a box of wheat thins for their Christmas present. She had the recipe attached and directions to reheat on the stove, stir on low, and bring back to desired thickness, adding milk if necessary. Very delicious!

2 blocks of cream cheese
1 pkg frozen spinach (defrosted and drained)
1 can of quartered artichokes (drained)
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
1 c fresh parm cheese
1/2 to 1 fresh red bell pepper, diced
1/4 bottle of tabasco sauce
white pepper

Directions:
First melt cream cheese all the way, add the spinach and artichokes. Stir continously and pour in whipping cream. Stir in diced red peper. Use tabasco and white pepper to taste.

*Serve with baguettes, crackers, or tortilla chips.
