Salsa Dip

Serve this as a side dish or with chips

Ingredients:
1 pouch of dry Good Seasons salad dressing
seasoning
3 TBSP water
2 TBSP canola oil
1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 bunch of cilantro, finely minced
3 green onions, sliced
1 can corn, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
5 roma tomatoes, chopped
3 large avocado, diced

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill and serve.
