Baked Zucchini

6 cups zucchini sliced
1/4 c. choped onions
carrots cut very small
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
l pkg. herb stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter
Can add cooked hamburger for a complete meal

Cook zucchini, carrots and onion in boiling water for 5
minutes, drain. Combine suttfing mix and butter.
Spread half of stuffing in an oblong dish. Next spread
all the vegetable mixture over the stuffing and top with
remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
