Confetti Shrimp Salad

Dice and add:
1 shallot
1 green pepper 
1 red pepper
2 stalks celery
4 medium tomatoes on vine chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 seeded cucumber diced
3 cups salad shrimp 
juice of 1/2 of a lemon 
salt to taste
pepper to taste
